Evangelion made two sets of reproductions.  The 
machine made (which comes in a set of 12 I think) 
and for every box of those you buy, you get one 
of the hand-painted repros.  The one that you 
posted is one of those handpainted repros.  They 
went for about $60-$120 before, I am not sure how 
much they are right now
