Oh no, that's completely correct. You wouldn't happen to 
recognize that Washu cel anywhere, would you? I've only
seen the OAVs, and I'm 98% certain that Washu cel isn't
from the OAVs ;_; and being a purist I can't bring myself
to watch the other Tenchi incarnations....

Heehee, but I looooove that Tenchi squishiness! (I notice
that he doesn't get that squishy ever again in the rest of
the OAVs. How unfortunate. Such waste of talent...)
