yes, these are not released by Studio, they are actually released by Konami at anime events at amazingly dirt cheap price, but you have to wait near 2 hours in line to get it.

Because of extremely limited quantity they have, (I estimate less then 200) and sold out within hours so in another way, you can spent a day waiting and not get one, also there is a limited of 2 per person per turn, not very likely anyone would get more than 1 turn.

I can tell you one thing for sure, there are other dealers that have these, but maybe just not for sell, since it took them so much work to get one or two.
