That cel comes from OAV II episode 2. The scene 
is when Tasuki is walking along with everyone 
else through Hotohori's palace, before he is 
struck in the leg by Boushin's bear. The BG is 
not matching (I believe it's a wall behind him or 
something...plus it's daytime during this scene).
