Hi, I live in MN, home of the loser Vikings -_-!
3 years ago or so, there WAS 1 or 2 cel shops in
the Twin Cities area.  They both have since closed
down 8(!  I think there is still one cel shop
somewhere outside the Twin Cities, but I have no
idea where it is or if they are still in business.
The closest thing to a cel shop around here is the
Warner Bros. store in the Mall of America and the
many Disney stores in the various malls here which
have extremely inflated prices -_-!  The only
bright spot is that SOMETIMES, the annual Fallcon
comic book convention here and the spring comic
book convention does bring vendors from outside
the state.  I think I saw cels at one booth once,
but I can't remember if it was at the comic book
convention or when the Transformers convention,
Botcon, landed here once =/.

Other than that, the state is pretty anime-less
country 8(.  There is a local anime group, TCAMS,
the Twin Cities Anime and Manga Society which has
