Hi hi alls! Decided to put together a webring for 
everyone in the midwest that collects cels. I have 
been thinking about it for a while and really 
wanted to do this. Basically its a webring 
focusing on community and sharing cels. Once a 
year, mainly summer, I will put together a meeting 
for every member that can attend to get together 
at a hotel or a nice meeting place and to share 
anime and get to know other cel collectors in 
person and not over the internet only. Sounds 
cheesy but I've done it before and I have gotten 
many positive responses. Please check it out and
