I recently bought a dbz cel from asylum comics 
and when I got it in the mail, and looked at it 
appeared to have some discolored paint in the cel 
that didn't look right ( which I didn't see when 
I oredered it cause there pic was too small) and 
so I sent it back for a refund. When they 
recieved it they clamed the discolored paint 
poprtions in the cel were done by the studio and 
not damage, but by looking at the cel it's hard 
to believe that.  I told them I didn't see this 
correction in the cel when I ordered it ( cause 
there image of the cel was small and there was no 
notice saying that it was corrected) but they 
refuse to grant me my refund. So what I want to 
know is do you think this was realy done by the 
studio or damaged ?( see pic)
