Yes, perfectly centered is a must for a primo cel 
in my opinion (close up, but too too close that 
part of hair or head is cut off), a bit picky, 
but hey, I am only interested in cels from a few 
scenes, if I am paying big buck, I would demand 
only the very best

Open mouth with good facial expression, like 
screaming or during an attack, is no problem, 
there are actually some sequences that I would 
prefer mouth open.

By the way, I have been very busy with work
