I wonder why the studio wouldn't cel them the 
backgrounds....hmmmm. Did they reuse them? That 
would be kinda interesting. Anyway, don't mind 
me, I'm just thinking out loud...so to speak.

Very big site called Jerry's Anime Cels...or 
something close to that. Just thought his 
commentary was interesting, and when I looked 
around a little more, I realized just how rare 
CCS backgrounds seem to be.
