Hi, I'm new here and I hope this name isn't 
taken. I've always wanted to get into cel 
collecting, and recently I got my first cel off 
eBay which should arrive in a day or two. It's of 
Misty holding Togepi from the episode "A Shipful 
of Shivers" and on the actual show I think you 
can't even see Togepi on the screen. Anyway, does 
anyone know the estimated value of it? It comes 
with the pencil sketch but no background. On the 
pic the messed up part is on the wrapper, or at 
least the seller said so. Well, please respond if 
you have an idea of what it might be worth.
