I dunno, but I sure wish I did...  I ordered a 
GREAT Slayers Royal game cel of Naga and Lina from 
them nearly a year ago now.  Sent the money & all 
that, & he kept telling me he was gonna send the 
cel, but I never did get it...  ANd now they're 
gone.  Oh well...  ::sigh::  Guess it's just one 
of those perils of the hobby.  :(
