By far, it is the best bang for the buck at ~$90.

However, it's a little annoying for cels since it 
just scans notebook size paper at the max (8.5 x 
11), so it clips the very top for normal sized 
cels.

Works fine for me, though.

If you want extras like scanning negatives, then 
spend an extra $50 for the 3450 model.
