I was wanting to get backgrounds for all of my 
cels in my collection, so that, when I get them 
framed they'll look better than having a white 
background to them.  So, knowing I'll never be 
able to find the matching backgrounds to all of my 
cels, I have decided to attempt to make "matching" 
backgrounds for all of my cels.  I would like to 
ask the cel professionals out there...What type of 
watercolor do the animators use?  Whate type of 
watercolor paper is used to paint on?  Is there 
any type of spray added to the background once 
complete?  Any help is appreciated^_^  
And...depending on the responses..I'll be able to 
decide if it'll be worth the effort or not^_~.
