^_^ Hehe, even short doesn't guarantee quality 
of cels - though I agree that KEY cels and special
cels tend to be better in quality. I often wonder
if AIC never bothered to clean their copymachine
since cels like my Yosho and chibi-Ayeka are 
nearly flawless and my Washu closeup has quite a
bit of xerographic breakage. O_o  It may depend 
on the studio, equipment, type of cel, artists 
working on the sequence, etc. Really, it's still 
best to just look at the damn thing... LOL ^_^

Anyway, once anime goes all digipaint, I won't 
be collecting douga/genga, either. ^_- (But that 
was already covered somewhere else)
