Hi ppl,

i need some advice here. i ordered and paid for a 
cel from a collector about 2 mths ago. He got 
around sending the cel only after nearly 1 mth of 
getting payment in his hands. He said that he was 
very busy and he didn't have the time to ship the 
cel out. I was patient and told him it was ok and 
i can wait. I email him last week asking for the 
status of the cel, he said he had already sent it 
out by Goble Piority mail the week before. which 
should have got to me within the next 5 days? But 
it's been more than 2 weeks! Now i got no idea 
what to do or say. ANyone got any advice?
