Hi, everyone! I just used Celga.com (Cel 
Deputy Service) and in my opinion he is 
FANTASTIC.
Keigo help bid and win very pricey cel for me. 
My high bid was just one shy on winning so he 
tried one more bid and won!. I had some 
reservations at first, cuz Keigo requires some 
up money and I didn’t really know him at all. 
But he personally called me reassuring me of 
who he was and that he was going to help me 
on Yahoo Auction Japan. He explained that he 
just doesn’t place a bid, but tries to obtain the 
cel for the lowest price by waiting near the end 
of the auction. 

Well, the cel came today, very well packaged I 
might add. It was one of my dreamlist cels 
and I’m just tickled pink!

Keigo is very honest. I think he will be a great 
asset for cel collectors! Anyone agree?
