I think it could be great if cel auctions actually 
use it. It's another option, and if there's 
someone who really wants a cel it may keep 
the bidding from going nutty. Of course it adds 
a whole 'nother dimension to deciding how 
much you will pay for a cel; bid and hope you'll 
get it for less than the buy price, or buy now so 
that no one beats you to it? It's certainly 
breaking with any last vestiges of eBay 
working like a "real" auction, it seems. It will 
be very interesting to see what happens in the 
other markets on eBay.

 I think only time will tell whether it has any 
effect on cels. And people DO have to use it for 
it to make any difference at all . . . any of the 
regular sellers here maybe have an opinion 
on using it?
