(static) backgrounds and transparent .gifs (yes, 
people still use those).

Does the scrolling skip too much on your displays?

Is it annoying?

Does it even work in NS 6.0?

I only added a watermark to the index of my cel 
page.  All the other pages are normal.  Thanks in 
advance.
