For those of you who still remember me, I am now 
studying abroad in Mexico and dying from cel 
deprivation.  I haven't gotten a cel in about a 
month and a half.  I can only look at cels and 
drool over them, but can't buy them.  ;_; So 
here's the questions, anyone know any anime/anime 
cel stores anywhere in Mexico?
