I need a moment here to address a certain type of 
cel dealer and an issue.
  I dont know how many others have encountered 
this but its the worst aspect of collecting.
 My issue is the indifferent dealer.
as a collector I spend a lot of money on cels, 
more than on anything else. 
   Ive noticed a very disturbing thing happening 
If I have concerns about my order they are hardly 
ever addressed. Polite questions are never 
answered and if my cels are lost, damaged or 
stolen then "hey its your problem not mine" seems 
to be the average response.
  I hate this. Its unacceptable in ANY 
buying/selling relationship but particularly here.
  I understand that there are only a few "good" 
dealers and that puts the advantage on their 
side. I mean if you have a hundred willing paying 
customers all COMPETING to buy from you, then you 
dont HAVE to take the concerns of people who have 
already bought from you, seriously, do you?
 Probably not. Should you? definately. 
Thats the "I got what you desperately want and so 
I can do anything I feel like attitude." 
Im sick of it. Its annoying and its not true, 
because I can think of a million other things I 
can be spending that money on and at least thirty 
other cel dealers I can go to. lets face it, 
indifferent dealers, I got the money, which is 
what you want, and im discovering that I can live 
without the cels.
 Its getting easier all the time to shop 
someplace else. So if you dont miss my 100.00 Ive 
got other, BETTER cel dealers clamoring to take 
it off my hands.
I want to apologize in advance to everyone who 
read through this tirade but im hoping someone 
else will understand my frustration.
