why does everyone care about that? Sure you paied 
money to get the cel but why does it matter to 
you if the image is famous because of tee-shirts 
and mousepads with it on them. The person DOES 
have to do the things to make it and I beleive 
that ( not sure! ) just because we own the cels 
doesn't mean we have rights to the images. Also, 
if they get caught, can't you report them to 
someone who DOES have the rights and get them in 
trouble. Maybe if they got some kind of 
punishment they would think twice next time and 
we could possibly stop this. If we do have rights 
to the images of our cels than take it a step 
further and thy to gather evidence ( maybe by 
winning an auction or something ) and take them 
to court. You may not want to go through all of 
that mess but if you want this to stop, it has to 
start somewhere. I say you should just leave your 
images alone and if you find someone making money 
off it, do osmething about it. This would 
probably require putting a warning on your site 
about stealing images but its better than 
covering up the beauty that you paied all that 
money for. Police catch would-be car theifs by 
leaving cars out in gas stations and catch them 
when they take the car. This isn't entrapment 
because they are in no way telling them to steal 
it. It would be as you or I left our car unlocked 
at a public place. Anyway, MY suggestion is that 
someone finds out the facts about who exactly has 
rights and then we can all do something to 
protect out great cels. Also, if you EVER see 
someone selling a cel that you own on ebay or 
something, report them immediatly to the 
webmaster and tell them you wish to press charges 
for FRAUD. Any feedback would be appreciated 
about who has rights.
