i need some translation help.  I want to buy a cel
from a Japanese buyer and these are the payment
options.  Basically, the buyer accept MO's and cash 
right?  What's  "dochiramo?"

"Postal Money,UScash, dochiramo OK desu."

Also, i think ahile back someone mentioned a
website that offered translation programs for free
download.  Anyone remember the url?
