Nice cel!

I'll have to check my VCD's but I think that's 
from the last half of OAV 5. As K1 is trying to 
give her the ring but before Skuld and Urd try 
and seal the tree. I can't think of the name of 
the Circle they create. Ultimate Warding Circle 
or something.
