I wouldn't say its the most expensive cel.  I'd 
say its one of the most expensive priced cel.  
Just because its marked at that doesn't mean 
anyone is going to buy it for that much.  I could 
price my tenchi cel at $30000 doesn't mean anyone 
is going to pay that much.  If someone buys it 
for that.  Then I would be impressed beyond 
belief.
