Ditto what everyone else has said.
I recently ordered two rather pricey cels from 
Hobby Shop K (paid with IPMO--international postal 
money order) and they came so fast!  They even 
sent a trading card of the same character to go 
with them.  ^_^

They are one of the best cel shops to deal with, 
in my experience.
