Well, that's it for me.  I've been collecting
for hmm... probably 4-5 years... and I've had a
lot of fun, met a lot of fantastic people, and
I'll really miss this hobby.  Heck, I won't know
what to do with my time anymore if I don't sit
frantically by the computer several hours per
night waiting for an update!

In all seriousness...

My car was totaled in that accident a few weeks
ago (found out for sure tonight), and as I know
I'll never find that "perfect" car again (I
loved that thing, dangit) for that price, I've
decided affording a nice new car right now is
more important than owning cels.  (Also, 
covering my medical stuff until the lawsuit is
over is not an easy task right now, and I can't
afford to play around with finances...)  
Thankfully, I'm back at work and everything 
seems to be healing ok except for the damned
headaches (but the specialist should fix that
too once I can get past the idiot secretaries
and make the appointment!!!).  

As of right now, I've basically decided to allow
myself to keep no more than 20-25 of my 
favorite cels.  (Hey, I need to have SOMETHING
to show for all these years of obsession!  
Besides, there are just some cels that I cannot
force myself to part with, and I can't even begin
to contemplate the price I would accept...)
This means that quite a few really lovely (and
some very rare!) cels (Yes, 99.9 percent of them
are Utena) will be going.

Deciding which ones is tough... my "keep" list
was pretty easy at first, since there are some
that jump out at me, and my "sell" list wasn't
too bad either... it's that "maybe" list that is
driving me nuts!  =)

Anyway, yes, I plan to auction them.  I've put a
lot of time and effort into this hobby, and I
hope to go out at least breaking even on these
pieces.

You can write me about a certain piece if you 
want, but I still haven't even made all my 
decisions, and I will still most likely auction
the pieces I've parting with... and no, Ruka,
child Utena & Dios, Jury with the sword, and
ep. 12 Touga are not going anywhere.  =)  That
movie Saionji will also have to be pried out of
my cold, dead hands... and with the way my luck
is going lately, that may just happen yet! (argh)

Okay, will stop now before this thing gets any
longer...
