No Pimlicocristal, your right. On diffrants cels 
from Sailor Moon the plactic is thicker. Dont ask 
me why but this is my theroy....first season cels 
have really really thin plastic and paint...and 
the cels from the stars season are really thick 
and have good quality paint. Guessinly....when the 
series was first being animated they dident have a 
lotta money so they use cheaper cels and cel paint 
and then as it progressed and got all thoose 
pretty ratings they got to use the good stuff. 
Probably why suddenly in the stars season it 
looks like every one got a face-lift....
