I'd love to get my hands on a cel like that.  
Someday.  I actually think I would almost rather 
of a cel of Milliardo than of Washuu.  How much 
is a cel of him like that anyway just so I know 
how much to save up in case I get lucky one day!  
I don't have a really decent cel yet to post 
though.  At least not in my opinion.  I have that 
one really hilarious cel of Aeka but she's of 
course making that face when she's trying to 
please her mom.  Don't have a scanner yet anyway.
