A hanken cel is not used in the show but to make a 
product... the best thing I can think of is to 
give an example.  Lets say you buy a doll of... oh 
lets say Lum for some reason... and there's a 
picture of Lum on the box--that was made from a 
hanken cel.  But the cel wasn't used in the show, 
just on the doll's box, and maybe on other 
products too, but not in the show.  That Sailor 
Moon cels doesn't look like any Hanken cel I've 
ever seen before though.. does anyone know what 
it was used for?
