Hi,

I'm sorry to post this, but this cel has been 
in my mind for the last day or two since it was
posted for sale at Artshop Rose.
I have not ordered it, because it doesn't look 
like
Taka to me at all, art is very close, but 
something did bother me about that cel.
This is the URL to the cel, it's already on hold, 
but before I drive myself crazy I really would 
appreciate your help if it is taka or not and in 
which OVA it is from if it is at all from it.
