I have ordered from Taro ... well, lots. ^-^   
They are really wonderful to work with.  You will 
receive an email notification when they ship your 
order, which I really appreciate. It's nice to be 
able to know when the cels should be arriving. 
They don't specifically email when the payment is 
received, but they ship very promptly after they 
do from all of my experiences. 

They also use *very* sturdy cardboard to protect 
the cels. I've never had a package arrive in less 
then perfect condition from them. :)
