I always use global priority to mail my payments 
to Japan.  I have *never* filled out a slip of 
paper to declare its contents.  

If you sent it out on Monday... it is possible 
that it may just be take a little longer.  
Typically for me it ususally takes 4-7 days.  I'd 
give it until monday before you worry.
