I saw a Toei repro from the Sailor Moon Stars 
opening on ebay, and the seller says that it is
 numbered 47 out of 50 (Or something like that).
 I have a repro cel 
but it does not have a number. I was 
wondering if anyone knows how they 
released these cels.
