I thought that she said she DID sign her cels?
(I know there was a signature on the Duo and
Vampire Hunter D cels...?  And I think her page
says she uses acetate without production holes
so it doesn't look like a piece of production
art...)

But on this we agree (for once?  ^.~  I think
you like to argue as much as I do!):  I cannot
understand why fan artists do not sign their cels.
It seems to me like NOT signing a piece of art
would imply that either you don't want to be
associated with the piece (no self-esteem?) or
expect that it may be used in some sort of a 
misleading fashion later on...
