So far, I've been extremely pleased with the 
condition of cels that I've bought.  I have 
received cels with line fading, but it was no 
surprise to me--you could see it in their 
picture. I'm sure that they take any damage into 
account when they price the cel anyway.

They are good about packaging their cels, so none 
that I've gotten have been scratched, bent, etc..

Two thumbs up for Taro!  Great cels, great 
service, great prices!
