Yes, cels from the OVAs are next to impossible to 
find.  I have two (but I'm not going to post them, 
scroll up a few pages and I posted my Tomoe 
recently and the Kenshin isn't scanned!), and I 
paid quite a bit for both of them considering that 
they are both profile shots and not full-face 
(which is fine by me, look through my celbook and 
you'll see that I really like Kenshin's profile!) 
 and I looked FOREVER... but on the upside, I am 
not rich at all, I have never been to Japan (yet, 
I leave on Dec. 26!!!) and I really only know two 
dealers, and they don't give me special prices or 
advance warnings of updates... so yes the common 
people CAN get Kenshin OVA cels, you just have to 
keep looking and be willing to pay!  ^_^

Now Yumi on the other hand.... (still upset about 
missing the one on Chaos...)  :-(
