was procrasinating! hee!) 

Anyway, I started the thread because my last cel 
of the year (i.e. I'm REALLY going to try to not 
buy any more cels until... January 2001! ;_;) is
this absolutely cute cel of Joel from Neoranga.
Never saw the anime, never will, but it's so 
cuuuuute with his cool, innocent turquoise eyes 
and not to mention the adorably pudgy dragon on
his head! I don't know why this cel stands out so 
much for me - save it's colossal kawaiiness to
me. *squeal* <--- (Be honored, you will never 
see/hear me do that in real life. :P) 



I've decided I'd better pay off the debt on my cc
and concentrate on other things (like saving up 
for a Philips MP3-CD player) before going back to
cels, ho ho.... ^_^ ... -_-'
