I have had this cel for some time. Miyazake cel 
from Porco Rosso right from when he is being 
declared the winner. I need a better scan of it, 
since this was my first attempt at combining two 
images in powerpoint (what is causing the 
clease). Anywasy, it is a 6 layer cel

Layer one: The water rippling out
Layer two: The normal water
layer three: The boat pulling up.
Layer four: Our favorite pig spitting water out
layer five: The ref declairing him the winner
Layer six: The crowd cheering in the background
