Yeah, I don't remember the auction, but my 
first thought was that it was a reproduction cel. 
It's beautiful, but the pose seems a bit stage-y. 
So I'd make sure to check into the credentials 
of the seller. If it is legit, it's an amazing cel 
and probably worth whatever they're charging 
(probably). 

But the absolute bottom line, no matter what 
cel you're considering, is how much is it worth 
to you? Value, especially in something like 
cels, all comes down to how much you want it. 
Don't pay more than you're comfortable with.
