I had no problems with the order form, either.  
I admit, I was a bit leery of the lottery format, 
at first, but I really liked having that extra 
time to browse around at all the updates, rather 
than try to rush in my order for something I 
really want, only to find there's something 
*else* up there, too.  And even though I was 
there at the time of the update, I know there's 
always somebody faster, who can get to it first. 
^_^;;  I guess I ended up really liking the 
lottery system, at least for this case.
I was a bit disappointed about missing out on 
some cels I really wanted (I'm in the huge boat 
of people who would've loved to get that 
Xelloss/Firia, but didn't ^_^;;) but I also 
managed to snag a nice--and very cheap--wishlist 
cel that I've really been hunting for, so I think 
I'm pretty happy about it overall. =)
I hope everyone else faired so well, with at 
least one of those cels you wanted. ^_^
