I tried for that cel also. From what it says on
there site, I think they might have cheated a 
little due to the mass request for them.

By the way, SLY267 & ESC054 have left the 
building!  (We imagine they'll be up on eBay soon 
enough..!) 

I don't know if this means they expect the person 
who bought it to immediately resell it or that 
they are putting it up on ebay rather than using 
the lottery due to the mass request for those two 
cels.

If anyone has a better idea let me know,
