Zenshiro,  Do a search on Abdel in the Oct 99 
archives. Also, search the closed auction on 
Animanga. That Zarbon and Dodoria cel is there, 
he wouldnt sell it because it didn't go high 
enough. :p   It was originally auctioned off in 
July of 99 I believe. Search either dragonball 
cel or seller Abdel in closed auctions.

BUT... it might not be the same person. He might 
have sold it to someone who then auctioned it.

Personally, I wouldn't mail 500.00 cash to 
someone I don't know. If he won't take Western 
Union where you'll have a record of the 
transaction it would be a tough call.
