Nope, I don't remember seeing it on a tape. I'm 
fairly sure I have seen it on a card. I don't 
have many visual presentation cards though, and 
definately don't have that one.  I'm looking 
through my others.

I know I've seen it somewhere - it's driving me 
nuts trying to figure out where.  ^_^;
