It is not really a fair comparision to compare 
Disney movie cels with anime Television cels. 
You should really check out the American animation
cel Dealer sites to see what American T.V. show 
cels go for and compare to anime cels.  In a lot 
of cases the anime  T.V. cels go for more than 
American T.V. cels (Sailor Moon), etc. 

Also it is harder to sell an expensive anime cel 
as compared to a Disney movie cel.  You have to 
take this into consideration when comparing 
prices.  There is less of a market for anime cels 
but the market is increasing, thus the higher 
prices lately as anime shows are added to U.S. 
T.V. schedules.

Harder to find good Disney cels, thus the higher 
price while good anime cels although scarce do 
show up if you keep your eyes open to update 
sites.
