*l* no, the car is not good a place indeed...

My parents don't really care how much I spend on 
my cels, as long as I keep up with my other 
responsibilites (ie paying for gas every week, 
food, etc). However there's been a few times when 
my mom couldn't believe how much I had spent at 
one time (the most rememberable was when I had 
bought my most expensive Yui cel...when I still 
owed my mom over $200 for something else....oops. 
^^;). For the most part though my parents pretty 
much know how much I spend on my cels, since my 
most expensive one was part of my graduation 
present last year. My dad understands how much I 
like them, since I dragged him through the 
experience of attending an actual con last year 
(Animaziment), and getting my cels signed by the 
creator Yuu Watase (which was a wonderful 
experience, I'm really sad I most likely will not 
be able to return this year).

I think if your parents understand the value you 
have for your cels and what you collect, and keep 
your responsibilities to them at the same time, 
everything would be okay. However I know 
sometimes it's impossible to make them understand 
(take my brother for example....blah).
