If you look at each auction page, there is a
 Question & Answer section, where you can leave a
 question for the seller.  It also sends the 
seller a copy of this question and if they answer,
 they have to answer it on the auction page for
 everyone to see.

So, if you see a scammer, go ahead and post it on
 their auction page.
The only draw back is that it's on page two and
 unless the potential buyer checks there, they 
won't know.
