Does the Japanese site Animation Collection/ 
Collection Mall(see URL above) deal with 
international buyers? Parts of their site are in 
English but the "How to Order" section is not 
(even though the link is XP). I don't know 
enough Japanese to conduct a purchase. 
Does anyone think they can help? Ideas?
