There are not many new cels out in Japan either.
The only large amount of cels that are out in
Japan lately are those adult OVA series.
With more anime studios starting to use computers,
cels are beginning to get lesser gradually.  If
you look at the current series showing in Japanese
TV channels now, actually there're 5 to 10
out of 20-30 shows are using computers already.
