Doubleclick.net, efront, flydex, and akamai are 
really, really bad servers as far as holding up 
connections go.  For a few weeks there every time I 
came to this site, there would be no content 
visible--the banner ad server was including HTML 
that broke the table tag structure, rendering the 
page invisible to Netscape users (Netscape does not 
like sloppy code).  Worse still, I almost always 
have like five browser windows open (it's part of 
my job), and one slow-loading banner will cause all 
the other windows to freeze.  Yech.
