My record methodology is probably more anal than 
most.. First, I copy all e-mail receipts/conf-
irmations into a running Word document and keep 
track of status like "confirmed, sent, shipped." 
This is helpful for dates and keeping track of 
multiple incoming orders. 

Then, I keep a spreadsheet containing sequence 
numbers, short description, episode (if known), 
price purchased (not including SH), place 
purchased, "grade", special notes (like "tomei"),
and TR/NFS status.. I also keep running stats on 
things like mean price per cel, total money 
spent on cels (O_O'), and money returned from 
sales... ^_^ Heehee - maybe I should do a chart 
sometime.
